Scalloped Potatoes Supreme
Ingredients
8 cups |
Thinly sliced potatoes |
1/4 cup |
Finely chopped onion |
1 can |
Cream of Celery |
1 can |
Cream of Onion |
1 cup |
Milk |
3/4 tsp |
Salt |
1 dash |
Black Pepper |
Directions
- Preheat oven to 350°.
- Spread 4 cups sliced potatoes in bottom of greased 12 x 7 1/2 x 2 baking dish.
- Combine remaining ingredients in bowl.
- Pour half of mixture over potatoes.
- Repeat layers.
- Cover with foil. Bake for 1 hour.
- Uncover and bake 30-45 minutes longer.
