Potato Rolls

Ingredients

3 cups All-purpose flour
2 tbsp Sugar
2 tsp Instant yeast
1 tsp Salt
1/4 cup Dry milk powder
1/2 cup Instant potato flakes
4 tbsp Melted butter
1 cup Warm water (105°F-115°F)

Directions

  1. Combine all ingredients in standing mixer bowl. Knead on low for 5 minutes.
  2. Shape dough into ball and place in a greased bowl.
  3. Cover and let rise until double in size.
  4. Turn out dough onto lightly floured surface.
  5. Divide into 12 pieces. Place in 9" greased cake pan.
  6. Let rise again until doubled in size.
  7. Preheat oven to 350°.
  8. Bake uncovered for 18-20 minutes or until golden brown (or 200°).
  9. Brush with 1 tbsp melted butter.
