Pizza Dough

Ingredients

500 grams Bread Flour
16 grams Fine Sea Salt
1 gram Active Dry Yeast
350 grams Water

Directions

  1. Combine dry ingredients.
  2. Add water and mix to combine.
  3. Remove from bowl and knead.
  4. Place dough in bowl and cover with plastic wrap for 24 hours at room temperature.
  5. Remove dough from bowl and place on floured work surface.
  6. Divide dough into equal portions (makes 4 10" pies or 3 12"-14" pies).
  7. Make dough balls. Fold sides into center several times then crimp the bottom and roll into a smooth ball.
  8. Place dough into oiled containers. Refrigerate for 48 hours before using.
  9. Remove from refrigerator at least 1 hour before using.
