Ham and Cheese Strata

Shredded Cheddar Cheese |

Cubed Cooked Ham |

Onion, chopped |

Frozen Broccoli, thawed |

Sliced Pimiento |

Milk |

Salt |

Dry Mustard |
Directions
- Grease 13x9 baking dish.
- Layer bread, cheese, ham, onion, broccoli, and pimiento in baking dish.
- In medium bowl, combine eggs, milk, salt, and mustard; blend well.
- Pour egg mixture evenly over ham mixture.
- Cover. Refrigerate at least 6 hours or overnight.
- Heat oven to 325°.
- Uncover; bake at 325° for 55-70 minutes or until knife inserted in center comes out clean.
- Let stand 10 minutes before serving.
