Ham and Cheese Strata

Ingredients

12 slices White Bread, cubed
8 oz Shredded Cheddar Cheese
2 cups Cubed Cooked Ham
1/4 cup Onion, chopped
9 oz Frozen Broccoli, thawed
2 oz Sliced Pimiento
6 Eggs
3 cups Milk
1/2 tsp Salt
1/4 tsp Dry Mustard

Directions

  1. Grease 13x9 baking dish.
  2. Layer bread, cheese, ham, onion, broccoli, and pimiento in baking dish.
  3. In medium bowl, combine eggs, milk, salt, and mustard; blend well.
  4. Pour egg mixture evenly over ham mixture.
  5. Cover. Refrigerate at least 6 hours or overnight.
  6. Heat oven to 325°.
  7. Uncover; bake at 325° for 55-70 minutes or until knife inserted in center comes out clean.
  8. Let stand 10 minutes before serving.
