Egg Rolls

Ingredients

1 lb Ground Pork or Chicken
4 cloves Garlic
1 TBSP Grated Ginger
1 Bag Coleslaw Mix
2 TBSP Soy Sauce
3 TBSP Oyster Sauce
1 TBSP Toasted Sesame Oil
1 TBSP Sriracha
4 Green Onions
20 Egg Roll Wrappers (6"x7")

Directions

  1. In large pan over medium heat add the vegetable oil and saute the garlic and ginger, about 1 minute.
  2. Add coleslaw mix and cook until wilted.
  3. Add ground meat, soy sauce, oyster sauce, sriracha, sesame oil until cooked through. Cool mixture.
  4. Add 2 TBSP to each wrapper and roll up. Seal with water.
  5. Place in air fry basket, spray with olive oil, cook at 380 for 8-10 minutes, flipping halfway through. Time/temp may vary.
  6. To freeze, put on a pan in freezer, then bag up when completely frozen.
