Corn Flake Chicken

Ingredients

Chicken Breasts
3 Eggs
4 Tbsp Butter
1 cup Grated Parmesan
2-3 cups Kellogg's Corn Flake Crumbs

Directions

  1. Preheat oven to 350°.
  2. Line sheet pan with foil.
  3. Remove chicken skin.
  4. Mix eggs and melted butter in medium bowl.
  5. Mix corn flake crumbs and parmesan cheese in another bowl.
  6. Dip chicken breast in egg mixture.
  7. Dip eggy chicken in crumb mixture. Place on cookie sheet.
  8. Bake for 25-30 minutes or until chicken reaches 165°.
