Chicken Pot Pie

Ingredients

1 lbs Chicken
1 can Cream of chicken soup
1 can Cream of onion soup
1 tsp Salt
1 bag Mixed Frozen Vegetables, thawed
1 Potato, cubed
1 Pie crust

Directions

  1. Preheat oven to 400°.
  2. Grease 13x9 baking dish.
  3. Cut chicken into cubes.
  4. Cook chicken in a skillet.
  5. Mix chicken, cream soups, mixed vegetables, salt, and potato in a bowl.
  6. Roll out pie crust to fit pan.
  7. Lay crust over filling. Cut a few slits in crust.
  8. Bake for about an hour or until filling is bubbling and crust is golden.
