Cheesy Hashbrowns

Ingredients

2 cups Sour cream
1 can Cream of Chicken
1/2 cup Butter, melted
1 TBSP Garlic Salt
1 cup Chopped onions
30 oz bag Frozen country-style shredded hashbrowns
2 cups Shredded cheddar cheese

Directions

  1. Preheat oven to 350°.
  2. Spray 13x9 baking dish (or appropriately sized dish).
  3. In a large bowl combine sour cream, soup, melted butter, garlic salt, and onions.
  4. Mix in potatoes until well blended.
  5. Bake 45 minutes.
