Pork and Garlic Noodles
Ingredients
- 12 ozDried noodles (ramen, udon, spaghetti)
- 6Green onions
- 1/4 cupSoy sauce
- 1 TbspOyster sauce
- 1 TbspHoney or Brown sugar
- 1 tspChili oil
- 1 tspSesame oil
- 2 TbspVegetable oil
- 4 clovesMinced garlic
- 1 TbspMinced ginger
- 1 lbGround pork (or beef, chicken, turkey)
Directions
- Start cooking noodles according to package directions. Leave them a bit al dente.
- Mix together green onions, soy sauce, oyster sauce, honey, chili oil, and sesame oil.
- Add oil to pan, heat on medium.
- Add garlic and ginger and cook, stirring often for 1-2 minutes.
- Add and cook ground meat
- Add sauce and noodles, combine with tongs until noodles are coated in the sauce.
