Hummus
Ingredients
- 1 canChickpeas
- 1/4 cupLemon juice
- 1/4 cupTahini
- 1 cloveMinced garlic
- 1/2 tspCumin
- Salt to taste
- 3 TbspCold water
- 1 dashPaprika
Directions
- Process lemon juice and minced garlic in a food processor.
- Add tahini, cumin, paprika, and salt to the food processor.
- Process until smooth.
- Add chickpeas and process until smooth.
- Add cold water and process until smooth.
