Corn Flake Chicken
Ingredients
- Chicken Breasts
- 3Eggs
- 4 TbspButter
- 1 cupGrated Parmesan
- 2-3 cupsKellogg's Corn Flake Crumbs
Directions
- Preheat oven to 350°.
- Line sheet pan with foil.
- Remove chicken skin.
- Mix eggs and melted butter in medium bowl.
- Mix corn flake crumbs and parmesan cheese in another bowl.
- Dip chicken breast in egg mixture.
- Dip eggy chicken in crumb mixture. Place on cookie sheet.
- Bake for 25-30 minutes or until chicken reaches 165°.
