Chicken Pot Pie
Ingredients
- 1 lbsChicken
- 1 canCream of chicken soup
- 1 canCream of onion soup
- 1 tspSalt
- 1 bagMixed Frozen Vegetables, thawed
- 1Potato, cubed
- 1Pie crust
Directions
- Preheat oven to 400°.
- Grease 13x9 baking dish.
- Cut chicken into cubes.
- Cook chicken in a skillet.
- Mix chicken, cream soups, mixed vegetables, salt, and potato in a bowl.
- Roll out pie crust to fit pan.
- Lay crust over filling. Cut a few slits in crust.
- Bake for about an hour or until filling is bubbling and crust is golden.
