Cheesy Hashbrowns
Ingredients
- 2 cupsSour cream
- 1 canCream of Chicken
- 1/2 cupButter, melted
- 1 TBSPGarlic Salt
- 1 cupChopped onions
- 30 oz bagFrozen country-style shredded hashbrowns
- 2 cupsShredded cheddar cheese
Directions
- Preheat oven to 350°.
- Spray 13x9 baking dish (or appropriately sized dish).
- In a large bowl combine sour cream, soup, melted butter, garlic salt, and onions.
- Mix in potatoes until well blended.
- Bake 45 minutes.
